For over thirty years, Evelyne Camille has been sharing her culinary passion, transforming her family kitchen into a laboratory of Caribbean flavors. With the support of her husband Fito, she created much more than a simple product: an authentic taste experience, where each bite tells a story.
In 2024, their dream takes on new momentum. Their children founded Aliments Tropeq Inc., carrying a bold mission: to democratize tropical cuisine. True to TROPEQ values, they transform traditional Haitian patties into contemporary Caribbean Bites.
Today, Aliments Tropeq embodies the cultural bridge between the tropics and Quebec. Each bite is a legacy, each recipe a journey, each flavor a celebration.
